About Me
Froun was created by Tali Aota and Phil Brown in the summer of 2010. Originally started as a side project to their previous Grime Metal band Virulent, it soon became their main band. It had them switching roles as Phil began to sing lead vocals and Tali played guitar. Through gigging the material acoustically, the band realized that the songs were full band songs and began their long, arduous search to find that right drummer. Luckily, that came in the shape of James "Big Jim Nugget" Richards, an extraordinary drummer who fit perfectly with the band. Now playing gigs all around London, Froun with its mix of deep meaningful vocals, distorted bass solos and powerhouse drumming is definitely an up and coming band
